Intentional Loss. Intentional Loss means any loss arising out of any act an "insured" commits or conspires to commit with the intent to cause a loss. In the event of such loss, no "insured" is entitled to coverage, even "insureds" who did not commit or conspire to commit the act causing the loss.
Intentional Loss. SECTION I - CONDITIONS
Intentional Loss a. Intentional Loss means any loss arising out of any act you or any person or organization named as an additional insured commits or conspires to commit with the intent to cause a loss. In the event of such loss, neither you nor any such person or organization is entitled to coverage, even those who did not commit or conspire to commit the act causing the loss.
b. However, this exclusion or Condition C. Concealment Or Fraud, will not apply to deny an insured's claim for an otherwise covered property loss if such loss is caused by an act of "domestic abuse" by another insured under the policy, and the insured making claim:
(1) Files a police report and cooperates with any law enforcement investigation relating to the act of "domestic abuse"; and
(2) Did not cooperate in or contribute to the creation of the loss.
c. If we pay a claim pursuant to Paragraph 8.b., our payment to the insured is limited to that insured's insurable interest in the property less any payments we first made to a mortgagee or other party with a legal secured interest in the property. In no event will we pay more than the limit of liability.
Intentional Loss. We do not cover bodily injury or property damage which is reasonably expected or intended by you or which is the result of your intentional and criminal acts or omissions. This exclusion is applicable even if:
A. you lack the mental capacity to govern your conduct;
B. such bodily injury or property damage is of a different kind or degree than reasonably expected or intended by you; or
C. such bodily injury or property damage is sustained by a different person than expected or intended by you. This exclusion applies regardless of whether you are actually charged with or convicted of a crime. However, this exclusion does not apply to bodily injury or property damage resulting from the use of reasonable force by you to protect persons or property. SAMPLE

Intentional Loss. The following paragraphs are added: This exclusion does not apply, with respect to loss to covered property caused by fire, to an "insured" who does not commit, or conspires to commit, any act that results in loss by fire. We cover such "in- sured" only to the extent of that "insured's" legal in- terest, but not exceeding the applicable limit of lia- bility. We may apply reasonable standards of proof to claims for such loss. (This is Exclusion A.8. in Forms HO 00 03 and The following Exclusions are added:

In the event of such loss or damage, no insured is entitled to coverage, even insureds who did not commit or conspire to commit the act causing the loss or damage. This exclusion will not apply to an innocent co- insured who did not cooperate in or contribute to the creation of the loss if the loss arose out of a pattern of criminal domestic violence and the perpetrator of the loss is criminally prosecuted for the act causing the loss. If we pay a claim to an innocent co-insured, our payment is limited to that insured’s insurable interest in the property.
Intentional Loss. We do not cover bodily injury, property damage or personal injury which arises out of any insured act or at the direction of any insured with the intent to cause a loss or damage, where resulting injury or damage is expected or intended. However, this exclusion does not apply to bodily injury, property damage or personal injury resulting from the use of reasonable force by an insured to protect persons or property. For purposes of this exclusion, a plea of guilty, no contest, or true in a criminal proceeding, which involves the same acts which are the basis of a claim for damages against any insured, shall conclusively bar any bodily injury, property damage or personal injury which arises from such acts.
