Common use of Inter-regional Planning Stakeholder Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Inter-regional Planning Stakeholder Advisory Committee. The Parties shall form an IPSAC. The IPSAC shall facilitate stakeholder review and input into coordinated system planning for the development of the Coordinated System Plan. IPSAC members shall consist of the stakeholder participants in joint stakeholder meetings called by the JPC for the purpose of addressing issues under the responsibility of the JPC as established by this Article IX. The IPSAC will meet no less frequently than prior to the start of each cycle of the coordinated planning process, during the development of the Coordinated System Plan, and upon completion of the plan to review final results.
