Intercarrier Compensation for Wholesale. Local Switching Traffic for AT&T-12STATE
6.3.1 Where CLEC purchases local switching from AT&T-21STATE either on a stand alone basis or in combination pursuant to the terms of a separately negotiated commercial agreement (herein after referred to as “Wholesale Local Switching” or “switching on a wholesale basis”), CLEC shall establish agreements with and will deal directly with Third Party carriers, such as independent companies, ILECs, CMRS or wireless carriers and other CLECs, for purposes of reciprocal compensation for calls originated by or terminated to the End Users served by such arrangements. AT&T-21STATE is required to provide CLEC with timely, complete and correct information to enable CLEC to meet the requirements of this Section.
6.3.2 The following reciprocal compensation terms shall apply to all traffic exchanged between AT&T-12STATE and CLEC when CLEC purchases local switching from AT&T-12STATE on a wholesale basis:
6.3.2.1 For intra-switch Wholesale Local Switching Traffic exchanged between AT&T-12STATE and CLEC, the Parties agree to impose no call termination charges pertaining to reciprocal compensation on each other.

6.3.1 Where CLEC purchases local switching from AT&T-12STATE pursuant to the terms of a Section 271 Agreement (herein after referred to as “switching on a wholesale basis”), CLEC will deal directly with Third Party carriers for purposes of reciprocal compensation for calls originated by or terminated to the End Users served by such arrangements. AT&T-12STATE is required to provide CLEC with timely, complete and correct information to enable CLEC to meet the requirements of this Section.

When CLEC purchases local switching from AT&T CONNECTICUT on a wholesale basis, CLEC can not seek intercarrier compensation from AT&T CONNECTICUT for any traffic that originates from either an AT&T CONNECTICUT End User or a Third Party carrier’s End User.

AT&T-12STATE is required to provide Image Access, Inc. with timely, complete and correct information to enable Image Access, Inc. to meet the requirements of this Section.
6.3.2 The following reciprocal compensation terms shall apply to all traffic exchanged between AT&T-12STATE and Image Access, Inc. when Image Access, Inc. purchases local switching from AT&T-12STATE on a wholesale basis:

SBC-12STATE is required to provide CLEC with timely, complete and correct information to enable CLEC to meet the requirements of this section.

6.3.1 Where Comcast Phone purchases local switching from AT&T OKLAHOMA either on a stand alone basis or in combination pursuant to the terms of a separately negotiated commercial agreement (herein after referred to as “Wholesale Local Switching” or “switching on a wholesale basis”), Comcast Phone shall establish agreements with and will deal directly with Third Party carriers, such as independent companies, ILECs, CMRS or wireless carriers and other Comcast Phones, for purposes of reciprocal compensation for calls originated by or terminated to the End Users served by such arrangements. AT&T OKLAHOMA is required to provide Comcast Phone with timely, complete and correct information to enable Comcast Phone to meet the requirements of this Section.
6.3.2 The following reciprocal compensation terms shall apply to all traffic exchanged between AT&T OKLAHOMA and Comcast Phone when Comcast Phone purchases local switching from AT&T OKLAHOMA on a wholesale basis:
6.3.2.1 For intra-switch Wholesale Local Switching Traffic exchanged between AT&T OKLAHOMA and Comcast Phone, the Parties agree to impose no call termination charges pertaining to reciprocal compensation on each other.
