Common use of Interconnection and Delivery Services Clause in Contracts

Interconnection and Delivery Services. Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that U.S. Transmission Provider shall be responsible for all costs associated with any additions, upgrades, reinforcements or other modifications to the New England Transmission System required for the interconnection of the U.S. Transmission Line at the Delivery Point at a level that is capable of satisfying the Capacity Capability Interconnection Standard under the ISO-NE Rules, in each case, as required by ISO-NE and contemplated by Section 7.5, including the costs to complete the Network Upgrades to the extent required under Section 7.5, consistent with all standards and requirements set forth by the FERC, ISO-NE, any other applicable Governmental Entity and the Interconnecting Utility.
