Common use of Interconnection Customer Obligations Clause in Contracts

Interconnection Customer Obligations. Interconnection Customer shall obtain Transmission Provider’s approval prior to either synchronizing with the Transmission System or energizing, as applicable per the determination of Transmission Provider, the Customer Facility or, except in an Emergency Condition, disconnecting the Customer Facility from the Transmission System, and shall coordinate such synchronizations, energizations, and disconnections with the Interconnected Transmission Owner.
