Interconnection Information. To the full extent authorized by FERC regulations and the FERC standards of conduct, Seller hereby authorizes Buyers to contact and obtain information concerning the Facility and Interconnection Facilities‌ directly from the Interconnection Provider and, to the extent necessary, Seller shall provide written notice to the Interconnection Provider confirming such authorization.

  • Verizon Information Upon request by CBB, Verizon shall make available to CBB the following information to the extent that Verizon provides such information to its own business offices: a directory list of relevant NXX codes, directory and Customer Guide close dates, and Yellow Pages headings. Verizon shall also make available to CBB, on Verizon’s Wholesale website (or, at Verizon’s option, in writing) Verizon’s directory listings standards and specifications.

  • Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point.
