Interconnector's Equipment and Facilities. Interconnector is solely responsible for the design, engineering, testing, performance, monitoring, maintenance, and repair of the equipment and facilities used by Interconnector in the Collocation Space. Without limitation of the foregoing provisions, Interconnector will be responsible for servicing, supplying, repairing, installing and maintaining the following: (1) cable(s); (2) equipment; (3) point-of-termination cross-connects; (4) point of termination maintenance, including replacement fuses and circuit breaker restoration, if not performed by BellSouth; and (5) connection cable(s) and associated equipment which may be required within the Collocation Space to the points of interconnection.

Interconnector's Equipment and Facilities. The Interconnector is solely ------------------------------------------ responsible for the design, engineering, testing, performance, and maintenance of the equipment and facilities used by the Interconnector in the Premises.   • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.
