Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.1.28 hereto, neither Seller nor any officer, director, partner or Affiliate of the Companies or Seller has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier, customer or other service provider of the Companies or any property used in the operation of the businesses of the Companies.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.25, none of the Sellers nor any Affiliates of the foregoing, have any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Business.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on SCHEDULE 4.26 attached hereto and except for the ownership, as a passive investment, of less than one percent of the outstanding shares of capital stock of any corporation or other entity listed on a national securities exchange in the United States or publicly traded in the over-the-counter market in the United States, no officer or director of the Company or any Subsidiary or any affiliate of any such officer or director has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier or customer of the Company or the Subsidiaries or any property used in the operation of the business of the Company or the Subsidiaries.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.23 attached hereto, neither PC nor any affiliate of PC (including, without limitation, Moadel), and to the knowledge of PC and Moadel, no director, officer, employee or affiliate of PC or any affiliate of any director, officer, employee or affiliate of PC, has any ownership interest in any competitor, customer or supplier of the Business (other than the ownership of securities of a publicly held entity of which it owns less than five percent (5%) of any class of outstanding securities) or any property used in the operation of the Business.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.9, to the knowledge of Purchaser or Purchaser Parent, no stockholder, officer, or director of Purchaser or Purchaser Parent or any Affiliate of any such stockholder, officer or director has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier, or customer of Purchaser or any property used in the operation of the business of Purchaser or Purchaser Parent.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth on Schedule 3.27 attached hereto, no Seller, officer, or director of the Company or any affiliate of any such Seller, officer, or director has any ownership interest (other than any ownership interest in a publicly-held corporation of which the applicable Person owns, or has real or contingent rights to own, less than five percent (5%) of any class of outstanding securities) in any competitor, supplier, or customer of the Company or any property used in the operation of the business of the Company.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set ------------------------------------------------- forth in Schedule 3.22, no Partner or employee of the Partnership or any ------------- affiliate of any partner or employee has any ownership interest in any competitor, customer or supplier of the Partnership or any property used in the operation of the business of the Partnership.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set ------------------------------------------------- forth on Schedule 3.23 attached hereto, no Seller or any affiliate of any ------------- Seller, and to the knowledge of Sellers no employee of AK or any affiliate of any employee of AK, has any ownership interest in any competitor, customer or supplier of AK or any property used in the operation of the business of AK.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. With the exception of radio station WARO-FM, owned by Xxxxxx, to the best of their knowledge none of the Seller, the Partners, nor any employee of the Seller, or affiliate of any of the foregoing, has any ownership interest in any competitor, supplier, or customer of the System or any property used in the operation of the System.
Interest in Competitors, Suppliers and Customers. Except as set forth in Exhibit 4.21, neither Seller nor Shareholder has any direct or indirect interest in any corporation, partnership, firm or association which is a competitor, potential competitor, customer or supplier of the Business.
