Interest, Suspension of Services. If CLIENT fails to make any payment due TRANSYSTEMS for services and expenses within thirty (30) days after receipt of TRANSYSTEMS’ statement therefor, TRANSYSTEMS shall be entitled interest on the unpaid amounts due TRANSYSTEMS at the lesser of: i) 1.5 % per month; or, ii) the highest rate of interest allowed under applicable law. The entire unpaid balance due TRANSYSTEMS shall bear said rate of interest from the thirtieth day after CLIENT’s receipt of TRANSYSTEMS’ statement, until the entire unpaid balance has been paid to TRANSYSTEMS. In addition to being entitled to interest, TRANSYSTEMS may, after giving seven (7) days written notice to CLIENT, suspend services under this Agreement until TRANSYSTEMS has been paid in full all amounts due for Services, expenses, and charges.

  • Suspension of Services We have the right to suspend the benefit of any Credit Union service at any time for reasonable cause. At Our discretion, We also have the right to pay any share draft presented for payment from Your Account after Your Account is closed or suspended and to recover such amount paid from You. Account services are available to those members in good standing with the Credit Union. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services to a member who is not in good standing, which includes members that have: (a) a delinquent loan; (b) a primary Share Account balance below the $25.00 minimum; (c) an unresolved deposited returned check; (d) any unpaid and uncollected fees; or (e) a negative balance on an Account. ASSIGNABILITY. You may not assign or transfer any interest in Your Account.

  • Duration of Services Any individual Service in this Section B shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 9 months following the Distribution, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes.
