Interface / Registrar Zone and other services. The Registry will make available to the Registrar a secure interface for non-exclusive use free of charge. Details of the technical standards are set out in the interface agreement or in the applicable user manual according to Appendix 1. The existence of a valid interface agreement is a prerequisite for this Agreement (cf. Section 8.2 letter g). There is a Registrar Zone on the Registry’s website. The Registrar will be given the possibility of accessing its account balance at any time and examining future subscription renewals. Via the interface the Registry shall make available to the Registrar access possibilities to domain name enquiry services subject to the conditions of the interface agreement. Emergency measures in connection with the interface, without an infringement of agreement on the part of the Registrar being involved, are governed in the interface agreement.
