Interim Period Energy Savings. Energy savings achieved on or after the Commencement Date but before the Final Project Acceptance Date (“Interim Period Energy Savings”) shall accrue to the benefit of the the ISSUER.

Interim Period Upon signing the peace agreement, Abyei will be accorded special administrative status, in which:
Renewable Energy Credits 5.01. Customer shall offer PMPA and/or Utility a first right of refusal before selling or granting to any third party the right to the Green Attributes associated with its customer-owned renewable generation that is interconnected to Utility’s electric distribution system. The term Green Attributes shall include any and all credits, certificates, benefits, environmental attributes, emissions reductions, offsets, and allowances, however entitled, attributable to the generation of electricity from the customer owned-renewable generation and its displacement of conventional energy generation.
Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.
Annual Performance Review The Employee’s performance of his duties under this Agreement shall be reviewed by the Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors at least annually and finalized within thirty (30) days of the receipt of the annual audited financial statements. The Board of Directors or a committee of the Board of Directors shall additionally review the base salary, bonus and benefits provided to the Employee under this Agreement and may, in their discretion, adjust the same, as outlined in Addendum B of this Agreement, provided, however, that Employee’s annual base salary shall not be less than the base salary set forth in Section 4(A) hereof.
Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.
Benefit Waiting Period Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for and takes leave pursuant to 21.1 or 21.2 and is required by Employment Insurance to serve a one-week waiting period for Employment Insurance Maternity/Parental benefits, shall be paid a leave allowance equivalent to one week at 85% of the employee's basic pay.
Post-Tenure Review For the purpose of maintaining and improving effectiveness, tenured faculty members shall be evaluated and shall submit reports as described in this Article. The Xxxx/designee and/or Athletic Director/designee shall submit written comments in response to written reports submitted by faculty members in accordance with this Article.

Low Census Low census is defined as a decline in patient care requirements resulting in a temporary staff decrease. During periods of low census, the Employer will assign low census to nurses in the following order:
Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement. On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following the end of each month, Seller shall render to Buyer an invoice for the payment obligations incurred hereunder during the preceding month, based on the Energy Delivered in the preceding month, and any RECs deposited in Buyer’s GIS account or a GIS account designated by Buyer to Seller in writing in the preceding month. Such invoice shall contain supporting detail for all charges reflected on the invoice, and Seller shall provide Buyer with additional supporting documentation and information as Buyer may request.
