Common use of Interior Design Clause in Contracts

Interior Design. Providing interior design and other similar services required for or in connection with the selection, procurement or installation of furniture, furnishings and related equipment, except to the extent that such items are included in the scope of the Construction Contract for the Project or included in the scope of the Design Professional’s basic Services for the Project. Basic Services shall include sufficient furniture and equipment layout to confirm the functionality of the design.
