Site Services. As work is completed, inspected and approved by the Town, the security may be reduced, if so approved by the Town provided there are no registered liens or outstanding claims against the Lands, as confirmed by the Town’s solicitors, to an amount equal to 125% of the estimated cost of the work remaining to be completed, based on the adjusted amounts as set out above, including any approved extra works not specifically itemized in Schedule X.
Site Services. Seller shall be responsible for obtaining any and all electricity, water, fuel, air and other services as Seller may require for the purposes of the Work, and Seller shall be responsible for the cost thereof .
Site Services. The following services are provided by the Site Owner to the Site User: Cathodic Protection Where any Site User assets are connected to a Site Owner’s Cathodic Protection system or Transformer Rectifier, permission via the OAD process must be ascertained before repair/replacement or maintenance is undertaken. In relation to cathodic protection systems, the Site Services (to be provided by the Services Party) include: • maintaining and testing such cathodic protection systems (and planning for such maintenance in accordance with the provisions for Relevant Maintenance in Section G of the Offtake Arrangements Document); and • providing each Site User a report certifying compliance of the cathodic protection systems agreed standards no later than 14 days after any maintenance or testing in accordance with sub-paragraph (a). Electrical All power provided to site users assets as provided via the main supply and busbar. This includes lighting to all buildings, site flood lighting, and space heating. See Appendix B for asset ownership. Security Site Fence & ISS Requirements (Also see Appendix A for access and Appendix B for asset ownership) General Site Services • Drainage • General Site Maintenance Telecommunications The following lines are available on site: Telemetry All Telemetry assets except the P1 Transmitter are owned by the Site Owner (Appendix B) The following Site User’s assets are connected to the Site Owners Telemetry system: • The P1 transmitter is connected to the site owners IS Barrier Box & RTU. • The site user’s FWACV system is connected via the site owners Ethernet Hub. (See Appendix B, 1.4) • The site user’s ROV’s are connected via the RTU and routers. This uses the site owners communication system for control. Water and Welfare Arrangements
Site Services. The Professional Services Consultant shall provide additional on-site representation, satisfactory to the Owner, for the duration of the construction phase. The duties of the on-site representative shall be agreed to by the Owner, are exclusive of Construction Phase Basic Services, and include services to:
a. carefully observe the Work of the Contractor(s) to determine the quality and quantity of the Work in comparison with the requirements of the construction contracts(s);
b. observe and verify installed quantities of material specified in the project;
c. observe specified field tests and Owner approved special testing;
d. observe, measure and verify costs incurred by Contractors related to any disputes or claims;
e. submit written on-site observation reports of all construction-related activities, together with any appropriate comments or recommendations, to the Owner. The Owner shall not provide any reimbursement for Construction On-Site Services without an Inspection Report as delineated in the Construction Phase Services section of this Agreement. Failure of the Professional Services Consultant to comply with this requirement will result in loss of Supplemental Construction On-Site Services compensation effectively reducing the on-site services described herein to a fulfillment of site inspections included in Construction Phase Basic Services;
Site Services. The Site Services to be provided at the Offtake Site, and the Party responsible for providing such services, are as follows: THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT is made on between: (1) , a company incorporated in [England and Wales] with company registration number [** ] and whose registered office is at [** ] (the "Upstream DNO"); and
Site Services. (a) The Contractor will be performing work at sites where other entities are conducting various activities, including other DOE prime contractors, subcontractors, and other organizations. These entities, including the Contractor, need to acquire or perform certain services in support of their activities that may be common to other entities on the site. In some instances it is to the net benefit to DOE for these services to be provided by one central source at the respective sites.
(b) The Contractor may both receive services from and provide services to other prime contractors, subcontractors, or other organizations at the sites as approved by the Contracting Officer or designee. These services may be provided in one of the following categories:
(1) Services that are the responsibility of the Contractor, but the Contractor elects, or the Contracting Officer or designee directs the Contractor, to purchase the service from another prime contractor, subcontractor, or other organization rather than perform the work with its own employees or acquire the service from one of its subcontractors.
(2) Services that are common to the Contractor, other prime contractors, subcontractors, or other organizations where the Contractor elects, or the Contracting Officer or designee directs the Contractor, to provide such services to such entities where it is to the overall net benefit to DOE.
(c) When services are acquired under these provisions, the Contractor shall maintain control and accountability for the work under this contract and shall execute appropriate agreements with the other entities.
(d) Services which the Contractor is expected to purchase from other prime contractors, subcontractors, or other entities at the sites include protective services, fire protection, emergency response, and other services of this general nature where it is not to the overall benefit of DOE for there to be multiple sources for such services.
Site Services. Access and Protection of Property. The Architect/Engineer shall contact the Agency for information regarding access to the site and shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent damage to property, visible and concealed, and shall reasonably restore the site to the condition existing prior to the Architect/Engineer's entry, including, but not limited to, repair of curbs, sidewalks, lawns and plantings unless otherwise agreed to with the Owner.
Site Services. Providing planning or design services for off-site utilities, which are not adjacent to the Project, building connections, or roadways.
Site Services. 6.1. The Accommodation Services to be provided by the Licensor which are included in the Licence Fee are set out in Schedule 3.
6.2. The Licensor may on reasonable prior written notice suspend, curtail or cancel or extend or add to the Accommodation Services or any of them, provided that any such action is applied without distinction between the Licensee and other occupiers of the Centre, and the Accommodation Services shall then be interpreted for the purposes of this licence as so modified, and the Licensee agrees that in such circumstances it shall have no claim against the Licensor in respect of any loss or inconvenience resulting from such a change to the Accommodation Services.
6.3. The Licensor may on request from the Licensee, at the Licensor’s sole discretion, provide some or all of the Additional Services set out in Schedule 4 at an additional cost to be specified in a tariff from time to time issued by the Licensor. Where the Licensor does not agree to provide any Additional Services, the Licensor may at its sole discretion grant permission for a third party to carry out such Additional Service for the Licensee, subject always to such conditions, restrictions, permissions and permits to work as the Licensor shall determine in its absolute discretion.
6.4. The terms of Schedule 5 shall apply to the provision of Site Services.

f. Other Supplemental Construction On-Site Services to be specified by each Campus Construction Unit as deemed necessary. These supplemental Construction On-Site Services will have an anticipated average duration of TBD hour(s) per week for TBD weeks. Construction On-site inspections will be adjusted and conducted at appropriate times through the project duration as agreed upon by the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant.
