Interior Walls. Any non-load bearing walls constructed shall be of 20 or 25 gauge steel studs, 16" O.C., and 5/8" drywall taped and spackled with a minimum three-coat finish made ready to receive paint. Load bearing walls will need to be designed by a licensed engineer registered in the state of Pennsylvania. Toilet Room walls shall use Moisture Resistant board. All interior walls shall extend a minimum of six inches (6”) above the highest adjacent ceiling, unless otherwise dictated by Code.
Interior Walls. All interior walls (including partitions and curtain walls other than partitions separating leased premises) shall be framed with metal studs covered with at least 5/8" gypsum board. The Tenant shall not construct any concrete block walls.
