Building Description. The building was originally built in mid to late 70’s and remodeled several times, most recenlty in 2012 for Oregon Medical Group. The building is a wood frame structure built on a concrete foundation with exterior stucco walls. The roof is a wood frame, gabled construction with shakes. The main level consists of approximately 10,835 square feet of medical space containing many treatment rooms, reception areas, nurses stations, rest rooms and offices. The mezzanine level consists of approximately 1,404 square feet. Parking There are approximately 67 on-site parking spaces HVAC The HVAC system consists of 10 split systems. There are 10 air handlers which are date coded 1994. Two of the A/C units have been replaced since 2003. All systems are functional at this time and annual maintenance costs are approx. $1,500.00 per year.
