Toilet Room. 1. All toilet rooms shall be provided by Tenant at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Landlord shall provide a 4” sanitary sewer stub into the Premises per Xxxxxxxx’s Master Plans for Tenant’s connection and extension into the toilet room location. Tenant shall be required to construct the number of toilet rooms dictated by the local permitting authority based on Tenant’s size, occupancy and intended use of the Premises.
2. Venting for bathrooms shall be constructed by Tenant at Tenant's sole cost and expense to locations specified by Xxxxxxxx’s Master Plans.
3. Tenant provided toilet rooms shall comply with all applicable ADA requirements (e.g. size, toilet room accessories, etc.)
Toilet Room. None provided, Tenant’s responsibility. (Existing toilet rooms can remain if tenant so chooses.)
Toilet Room. The top of the toilet seat measures 16 inches above the finish floor. Provide a toilet with a seat between 17 and 19 inches above the finish floor. §§ 4.1.3(11), 4.22.4, 4.16.3 & Fig. 29(b).
Toilet Room. One (1) floor mounted handicap water closet - tank type 1.6 gallon flush as manufactured by Briggs,or equal; one (0) xxxl mounted cold water lavatory
(1) ceiling exhaust fan; one
(1) light bracket each with switch; two (2) handicap grab bars per code; and one (1) each - tri fold paper towel dispenser, 21" x 30" mirror, and toilet paper holder shall be provided. Partition and wood hollow core door complete with privacy hardware and wall bumper will be installed. Walls and ceilings shall be latex-semi gloss painted gypsum board or concrete masonry units. Floor shall be rolled sheet vinyl per all city and county codes. Exhibit B- 3(b)

(1) light fixture with switch, one (1) 110 volt duplex wall receptacle, 4' high marlite wainscot as required by local code, and as shown on Landlord's drawings. Sheet vinyl floor coverings with rubber base shall be provided. A dedicated circuit is provided for the purpose of future "insta-hot"
Toilet Room. (1) In the unisex toilet room, the end of the side grab bar extends 42½ inches from the back wall. Within 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement the Town will install a side grab bar that is 33-36 inches above the floor, begins no more than 12 inches from the back wall and is at least 42 inches long. Standards §§ 4.22.4., 4.16.4 & Fig. 29(b).
39. Putterham Library
a. Parking and Accessible Route
(1) The two accessible parking spaces share a 38-inch wide access aisle and a sign that is positioned too low. Within 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement the Town agrees to re-stripe the spaces to provide the required number of car and van spaces, each van-accessible space will be adjoined by a 96-inch wide access aisle and identified by a "van-accessible" sign under the international symbol of accessibility such that the signage cannot be obscured by a vehicle parked in the space. Each regular accessible space shall be adjoined by a 60-inch wide access aisle identified by signage with the international symbol of accessibility mounted so that it cannot be obscured by a vehicle parked in the space. These spaces shall be located on the shortest accessible route to the accessible entrance to the building. Standards §§ 4.1.2(5)(a), (b), 4.6.3, 4.6.4 & Fig. 9.
b. Unisex Toilet Room
(1) The room does not have compliant signage. The Town avers that it has installed signage that identifies the toilet room as unisex and accessible, using raised and Brailled characters and letters, on the wall adjacent to the latch side of the door, mounted so that the centerline of the sign is 60 inches above the finish floor and a person can approach within 3 inches of signage without encountering protruding objects or standing within the swing of a door. Standards §§ 4.1.3(16)(a), 4.30.1, 4.30.4, 4.30.5, 4.30.6.
(2) The rear grab bar is mounted 31 inches above the finish floor. The Town avers that it has remounted the rear grab bar so that it is 33-36 inches above the finish floor. Standards §§ 4.22.4, 4.16.4 & Fig.29(a).
(3) The end of the side grab bar extends 46 inches from the back wall; the bar is mounted 31½ inches above the finish floor. The Town avers that it has installed a side grab bar that is 33-36 inches above the floor, that begins no more than 12 inches from the back wall and is at least 42 inches long. Standards §§ 4.22.4., 4.16.4 & Fig. 29(b).
(4) The toilet paper dispenser is located on the back wall. The Town avers that it has repositioned the toile...
Toilet Room. Landlord shall provide two toilet rooms with the following in each: One (1) water closet, one (1) lavatory, one (1) exhaust fan, one (1) light fixture with switch, one (1) 110 volt duplex wall receptacle, 4’ high marlite wainscot as required by local code, and as shown on Landlord’s drawings. Sheet vinyl floor coverings with rubber base shall be provided. A dedicated circuit is provided for the purpose of future “insta-hot” type water heater by Tenant. Toilet room shall comply with Uniform Building Code handicap requirements. M. Ceiling: Landlord shall provide 24" x 48" x 5/8" acoustical tile in a 24" x 24" regular pattern finish and white metal "T" bar suspended grid. Ceiling height shall be ten (10) feet or as indicated on the drawings.
Toilet Room. The men's and women's toilets shall be complete with ceramic tile or higher quality materials on floors and wet walls at least up to the height of the wainscot, countertops, walls and floors, lavatory mirrors, lighting, ceilings, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, high quality plumbing fixtures and all mechanical, plumbing and lighting services completed.
Toilet Room a. Fixtures - shall be stainless steel.
Toilet Room. Tenant shall construct restroom facilities, fixtures, toilet partitions, and building specialty items such as toilet room mirrors, dispensers, paper holders and amenities to fully meet the ADA Guidelines and local codes. Mezzanines will not be permitted (other than the approximately 10' x 4' elevated stand which is part of Tenant's prototype store design which must be supported from the floor).
