Intermediate Level. Employees who possess a Nevada P.O.S.T. Advanced Certificate or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution shall be compensated with an annual bonus payable on the last payday preceding December 1 of each year in the amount of Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00).
Intermediate Level. Employees who obtain a Nevada POST Intermediate Certificate shall have thirty dollars ($30.00) added to the employee’s monthly wage.

  • Staffing Levels To the extent legislative appropriations and PIN authorizations allow, safe staffing levels will be maintained in all institutions where employees have patient, client, inmate or student care responsibilities. In July of each year, the Secretary or Deputy Secretary of each agency will, upon request, meet with the Union, to hear the employees’ views regarding staffing levels.
