Intermediate Receipt Point. If, during the Term of this Agreement one or more intermediate interconnection points to the Spearhead Pipeline are added, whether at the request of a shipper or otherwise (each an “Intermediate Receipt Point”), then originating receipts into the Spearhead Pipeline may be at the Intermediate Receipt Point in addition to Griffith, Indiana or Flanagan, Illinois. There will be no adjustment to the Committed Rates in connection with the addition and use for originating receipts of any Intermediate Receipt Point.
