Appropriate Unit The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.
Contract Unit The Contract Unit of a Margin FX Contract will be the quantity of the Underlying Instrument in counter currency as specified in the Product Schedule available on the Trading Platform and updated from time to time.
Horizontal Movement The Board encourages all unit members to improve their skills through advanced training and, as an inducement thereto, provides extra compensation for those who do so successfully.
