International and National Shopping Sample Clauses
International and National Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, and not to exceed $4,000,000 equivalent in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International and National Shopping. (a) Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
(b) Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $150,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. Part D: Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions
International and National Shopping. (a) Goods, such as medical equipment for health centers, clinical equipment, computers, printers and other office equipment, estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $820,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures; and (b) simple office equipment and office consumables for the nutrition program in various provinces under Part B.2 of the Project, estimated to cost less than $10,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate not to exceed $50,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping; in either case in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International and National Shopping. Goods which are readily available off-the-shelf or are standard specification commodities and which are estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,500,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of: (a) international shopping procedures for up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $2,000,000 equivalent, or (b) with the prior agreement of the Bank, national shopping procedures, for an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent, in each case in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International and National Shopping. Goods estimated to cost (i) the equivalent of $100,000 or more but less than the equivalent of $200,000 per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of $600,000 in respect of each of the Project Provinces, and (ii) less than the equivalent of $100,000 per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed the equivalent of $400,000 in respect of each of the Project Provinces, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international and national shopping procedures, respectively, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. Part D: Review by the Bank of Procurement Decisions
1. Procurement Planning Prior to the issuance of any invitations to prequalify for bidding or to bid for contracts, the proposed procurement plan for the Project shall be furnished to the Bank for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines. Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Bank, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
2. Prior Review With respect to each contract for: (i) works estimated to cost the equivalent of $1,000,000 or more, and (ii) goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
International and National Shopping. (a) Goods (other than goods required for a Sub-project) estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,650,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 3.5 of the Guidelines.
(b) Goods required for a Sub-project, estimated to cost less than $5,000,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines, except that goods required for a Sub-project estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. Part D: Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions

Goods estimated to cost $75,000 or less per contract and $1,400,000 equivalent or less in the aggregate, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. . Part D: Review by the Trustee of Procurement Decisions

Procurement of all goods and works shall be undertaken in accordance with such procurement plan as shall have been approved by the Trustee, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.
2. Prior Review With respect to each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more, the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
International and National Shopping. Goods, consisting of office equipment, estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $150,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures, and goods, consisting of simple office equipment, office supplies and furniture, estimated to cost less than $20,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $40,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of national shopping procedures, in each case in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International and National Shopping. Goods: (a) for Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $200,000 per contract up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $600,000 equivalent; and (b) for the pilot operation under Part A(1) of the Project, estimated to cost less than $75,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $300,000 may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis, respectively, of international and national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and
International and National Shopping. (a) Goods, other than learning materials, estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $560,000 equivalent, and (b) learning materials estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $530,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures or, in the event that such goods or learning materials are ordinarily available at competitive prices from more than one source within the Borrower’s country, on the basis of national shopping procedures, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
