Civil Works definition

Civil Works means every outcome of building or civil engineering works taken as a whole that is sufficient in itself to fulfil an economic or technical function and entails one or more elements of a physical infrastructure;
Civil Works means all types of civil, mechanical, electrical or other engineering services (other than consulting services) as well as the supply of construction materials and equipment to be financed out of the GCF Proceeds;
Civil Works means any building or engineering works which, taken as a whole with other related works, are sufficiently material to require a License in order to conduct such works.
