INTERNATIONAL MARKETING BOARD. Xxxxxx and Triangle shall work together to develop a plan for the Promotion of the Products by Xxxxxx in the International Territory through a committee (the "International Marketing Board") which shall oversee and direct the Promotion of the Products in the International Territory. The International Marketing Board shall review and approve strategies for the Promotion of the Products and undertake the activities necessary to implement those strategies in accordance with an International Promotion Plan and International Promotional Materials. The International Marketing Board shall follow the rules established by Section 4.2(a)(i) through (vi) for the U.S. Marketing Board, except that (i) an Xxxxxx representative shall permanently chair the International Marketing Board, (ii) Xxxxxx shall be responsible for making all final decisions relating to the implementation of the International Promotion Plan, (iii) Triangle shall designate a lead representative on the International Marketing Board, who shall be authorized by Triangle to communicate with the Xxxxxx chairperson between meetings of the International Marketing Board, to make decisions as needed, (iv) in all instances references to the U.S. Co-Promotion Budget shall mean the International Promotion Budget, and (v) in all instances references to "U.S." and "International" shall be reversed.

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • Joint Marketing ‌ The parties will consult about undertaking joint marketing of the Customer’s Services and the Network.

  • International Offerings In the case of an International Offering, you authorize the Manager: (i) to make representations on your behalf as set forth in any Intersyndicate Agreement, and (ii) to purchase or sell for your account pursuant to the Intersyndicate Agreement: (a) Securities, (b) any other securities of the same class and series, or any securities into which the Securities may be converted or for which the Securities may be exchanged or exercised, and (c) any other securities designated in the applicable AAU or applicable Intersyndicate Agreement (the securities referred to in clauses (b) and (c) above being referred to collectively as the “Other Securities”).
