Promotion Plan definition

Promotion Plan means the then-current plan relating to the Promotion of a Product, as contemplated by and in accordance with the requirements of Section 5.2.
Promotion Plan means an annual plan that sets forth: (a) the manner in which the Parties shall deploy their respective efforts to Promote and Detail the Product in the Field in the Territory, (b) annual brand objectives, (c) tactical activities, (d) a call plan (including selection of Targets and Detailing frequency per Target), and (e) other matters relevant to Promotion and Detailing of the Product.
Promotion Plan means a plan developed by the Joint Marketing Team for the detailing and promotion of the Product in the Territory, and shall include promotional strategies, detailing plans, pricing and budgets for promotional activities (including the development of materials for the detailing and promotion of the Product) for each defined detailing period in which MGI participates during the Term of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Promotion Plan

Promotion Plan means a plan established by Valera, with consultation of the Committee, relating to the Promotion of a Product, as contemplated by Section 3.1(b).
