Common use of International Shopping Clause in Contracts

International Shopping. Goods under: (i) Part A of the Project, estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, and (ii) Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than $200,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods under: (i) Part A under Parts A, B and E of the Project, Project estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, and (ii) Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than $200,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 200,000 equivalent, and goods under Parts C and D of the Project estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods under: (i) under Part A B of the Project, Project estimated to cost less more than $500,000 50,000 equivalent per contract, and (ii) Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than but not exceeding $200,000 150,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods underGoods: (ia) for Part A of the Project, estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, and (ii) Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than $200,000 300,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 700,000 equivalent; and (b) for Part B of the Project estimated to cost less than $300,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $750,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods under: (i) Part A of the Project, estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, and (ii) under Part B of the Project, Project estimated to cost $50,000 equivalent or more but less than $200,000 100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 150,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.

International Shopping. Goods under: (i) Part A procured under Parts B, C, D and E of the Project, Project estimated to cost less than $500,000 equivalent per contract, and (ii) Part B of the Project, estimated to cost less than $200,000 1,000,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $250,000 2,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
