Common use of International Shopping Clause in Contracts

International Shopping. Each supply contract for equipment or materials estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or less (other than minor items) shall be awarded on the basis of international shopping as described in Chapter III of the Guidelines for Procurement.

International Shopping. Each supply contract for equipment or materials estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 1,000,000 or less (other than minor items) shall be awarded on the basis of international shopping as described in Chapter III of the Guidelines for Procurement.
