Internet Access and Content. The Switch provides only access to the Internet. The Switch does not operate or control the information, services, opinions or other content of the Internet (collectively, “Internet Content”), and The Switch makes no warranties or representations regarding Internet Content. Customer agrees that it shall make no claim whatsoever against The Switch relating to Internet Content or respecting any information, product, service or software ordered through the Internet. The Switch reserves the right to take such measures as may be reasonably necessary, in The Switch’s sole discretion, to ensure security and continuity of service on The Switch network, including but not limited to identification and blocking or filtering of Internet traffic sources which The Switch deems to pose a security or operational risk or a risk of violation of its Acceptable Use Policy located at xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx and/or Section 2.14. Customer acknowledges and agrees that The Switch does not own or control third party networks, and The Switch is not responsible or liable for any filtering or access restrictions imposed by such third-party networks or for the performance (or non-performance) of such third-party networks or within interconnection points between The Switch network and such third-party networks.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • Internet Use Customer assumes total responsibility for its and its users’ use of the Internet. Masergy specifically disclaims any warranties, endorsements or representations regarding any merchandise, information, software, products, data, files, or services provided through the Internet.

  • Format and Content 51.2.1 Unless otherwise specified by CenturyLink, the forecasting forms located on the CenturyLink Wholesale Website will be used by CLEC for the requirements of this Section. 51.2.2 The joint planning process/negotiations should be completed within two (2) months of the initiation of such discussion. 51.2.3 Description of major network projects that affect the other Party will be provided in the semi-annual forecasts. Major network projects include but are not limited to trunking or network rearrangements, shifts in anticipated traffic patterns, or other activities by CLEC that are reflected by a significant increase or decrease in trunking demand for the following forecasting period. 51.2.4 Parties shall meet to review and reconcile the forecasts if forecasts vary significantly. 51.2.5 CLEC shall provide an updated trunk forecast when ordering or requesting additional trunks from CenturyLink anytime after the initial trunk implementation.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Internet Traffic Any traffic that is transmitted to or returned from the Internet at any point during the duration of the transmission.

  • Links to Third Party Websites In your use of the Service and/or the Company’s website, you may encounter various types of links that enable you to visit websites operated or owned by third parties (“Third Party Site”). These links are provided to you as a convenience and are not under the control or ownership of the Company. The inclusion of any link to a Third Party Site is not (i) an endorsement by the Company of the Third Party Site, (ii) an acknowledgement of any affiliation with its operators or owners, or (iii) a warranty of any type regarding any information or offer on the Third Party Site. Your use of any Third Party Site is governed by the various legal agreements and policies posted at that website.
