Common use of Interpretation and Intent Clause in Contracts

Interpretation and Intent. 1.01 The “Agreement”, as referred to herein, shall mean this Agreement executed by University and Contractor, and shall include these Terms and Conditions, the Attachments described in Sections II and IV and attached hereto, all addenda issued prior to receipt of RFPs, quotes, or bids, whether or not receipt thereof has been acknowledged by Contractor, all conditions, plans, specifications and standards, instructions and notice to vendors, and any written supplemental agreement or modification entered into between University and Contractor, in writing, after the date of this Agreement.
