Educational Assistants Preparation Time. Educational Assistants who provide instructional support and who find they don’t have adequate preparation time for their assignment will request more preparation time from the teacher to whom they are assigned to work. If they aren’t able to come to a mutual agreement on schedule and length of preparation time, the Educational Assistant may discuss the issue with the appropriate administrator, who will make the final decision.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:
