Common use of Interruption of Vacation Leave Clause in Contracts

Interruption of Vacation Leave. 30 An employee of the bargaining unit shall be permitted to 31 interrupt vacation leave in order to begin another type of paid leave provided by this 32 Agreement without returning to active service provided the employee receives prior 33 approval from the District and supplies reasonable notice and supporting information 34 requested by the District regarding the reasons for such interruption.
