Common use of Intra Clause in Contracts

Intra. SECTOR DAYS AT SEA (DAS) LEASING: Days at Sea may be leased intra‐sector 16 (between members) within the guidelines and procedures contained in the FMP and as 18 horsepower constraints of the program that may be authorized by the RA in the future.

The Sector would accept any future relief in the length and 24 horsepower constraints of the program that may be authorized by the RA in the future.
