Intra. Group Non-Trade Receivables: (i) in respect of each Seller, if the Intra-Group Non-Trade Receivables are less than the Estimated Intra-Group Non-Trade Receivables, that Seller shall repay to the Purchaser an amount equal to the deficiency; or (ii) in respect of each Seller, if the Intra-Group Non-Trade Receivables are greater than the Estimated Intra-Group Non-Trade Receivables, the Purchaser shall pay to that Seller an additional amount equal to the excess.
