INTRODUCTION/PURPOSE. 2.1 The following Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) sets out the terms and responsibilities of the agreement between the Customer and StarTraq regarding the supply and support of the Software and related Services to the Customer 2.2 This SLA has been prepared to serve as a guideline on the service levels and responsibilities of StarTraq and the Customer in the provision of the Software from delivery, through installation to post-installation services. The effective duration of this SLA will coincide with the duration of the Agreement.
