Common use of Inventory Records, Controls and Reports Clause in Contracts

Inventory Records, Controls and Reports. Contractor shall maintain accurate and complete inventory records and controls for all furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and supplies, purchased or obtained using any County funds. Within 90 calendar days following the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall provide Director with an accurate and complete inventory report of all furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and supplies, purchased or obtained using any County funds. The inventory report shall be prepared by Contractor on a form or forms designated by Director, certified and signed by an authorized officer of Contractor, and one copy thereof shall be delivered to County within 30 calendar days of any change in the inventory.
