The Agency may require the Company and/or owner of the premises to prepare and submit an environmental assessment and audit report, including but not necessarily limited to, a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report and a Phase II Environmental Investigation, with respect to the Premises at the sole cost and expense of the owner and/or the Applicant.
