Investigative action. Section 12.1. When a bargaining unit member suspected of a violation is being interviewed, he shall be advised that the purpose of the interview is for disciplinary purposes. Such interview shall be recorded at the request of either party by the requesting party. No recording of the interview or interrogations shall be made without the knowledge of both parties.
