School regime. The Parents accept that the School will be run in accordance with the authorities delegated by the Governing Body to the Head. The Head is entitled to exercise a wide discretion in relation to the School's policies, rules and regime and will exercise those discretions in a reasonable and lawful manner, and with procedural fairness when the status of the Pupil is at issue. The Parents accept that the School's policies, procedures and regime may be subject to change at short notice, if in the opinion of the Head it is deemed appropriate to do so in the circumstances prevailing at the time.

The Parents accept that the School’s principal is entitled to exercise a wide discretion in relation to the School's policies, rules and regime and will exercise those discretions in a reasonable and lawful manner, and with procedural fairness when the status of a Student is at issue or to protect the welfare of each Student and the School community as a whole.
