INVESTIGATIVE AND DISCIPLINARY MEETINGS. 29-3.01 Any meeting or hearing shall be held at the Cabin Personnel’s base unless the Company determines that circumstances warrant a different location, video conference or teleconference. Meetings that may result in discipline or termination shall be held in person unless the Company and Union agree otherwise.
