Investment Strategy and Restrictions. 5.1 In performing its services, the Manager shall have regard to and shall comply with the Investment Strategy and the Investment Restrictions.

In performing its services under this Agreement, the Manager shall have regard to, and shall comply with, the Investment Strategy and the Investment Restrictions set out in Part E of this Agreement and in the Application Form. Pe Investor’s attention is also drawn to the Manager’s co-investment policy set out in the Investment Overview.
Investment Strategy and Restrictions. No Credit Party will materially modify its investment policies, strategies and/or restriction as in effect on the Closing Date without the Agent’s and Required Xxxxxx’s prior written consent (such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, delayed or conditioned).
