Periodic Payments GLAIC will pay the Policyholder the amounts specified in the Accumulation Fund Schedule as Periodic Payouts, including the Maturity Payout, on the dates specified (subject to Section 4.7). Such payment amounts are adjusted to reflect any other payment payable under this Section of the Policy. The interest factor used in making such adjustments is the Guaranteed Rate.
INVOICE AND PAYMENT A. Grantee will request payment using the State of Texas Purchase Voucher (Form B-13) on a monthly basis and acceptable supporting documentation for reimbursement of the required services/deliverables. Additionally, the Grantee will submit the Financial Status Report (FSR-269A) and the Match Certification Form (B-13A). Grantee will be paid on a monthly basis and in accordance with Attachment B, Budget. C. System Agency reserves the right, where allowed by legal authority, to redirect funds in the event of financial shortfalls. System Agency will monitor Xxxxxxx’s expenditures on a quarterly basis. If expenditures are below that projected in Grantee’s total Contract amount, Xxxxxxx’s budget may be subject to a decrease for the remainder of the Term of the Contract. Vacant positions existing after ninety days may result in a decrease in funds. X. Xxxxxxx may request a one-time working capital advance not to exceed 12% of the total amount of the Contract funded by System Agency. All advances must be expended by the end of the Contract term. Advances not expended by the end of the Contract term must be refunded to System Agency. X. Xxxxxxx will repay all or part of advance funds at any time during the Contract’s term. However, if the advance has not been repaid prior to the last three months of the Contract term, the Grantee must deduct at least one-third of the remaining advance from each of the last three months’ reimbursement requests. If the advance is not repaid prior to the last three months of the Contract term, System Agency will reduce the reimbursement request by one- third of the remaining balance of the advance.
Directions Regarding Periodic Payments As registered owner of the Funding Agreement and the Guarantee as collateral securing payments on the Notes, the Indenture Trustee will receive payments on the Funding Agreement and the Guarantee on behalf of the Trust. The Trust hereby directs the Indenture Trustee to use such funds to make payments on behalf of the Trust pursuant to the Trust Agreement and the Indenture.
Delay of Payment when Payment Date is Not a Business Day If the due date for a payment on a Note as provided in this Indenture is not a Business Day, then, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Indenture or the Notes, such payment may be made on the immediately following Business Day and no interest will accrue on such payment as a result of the related delay. Solely for purposes of the immediately preceding sentence, a day on which the applicable place of payment is authorized or required by law or executive order to close or be closed will be deemed not to be a “Business Day.”
Check-Off Payments The Employer shall deduct from every employee any dues, initiation fees, or assessments levied by the Union on its members.
Payment Due Payment for services provided by BellSouth, including disputed charges, is due on or before the next xxxx date. Information required to apply payments must accompany the payment. The information must notify BellSouth of Billing Account Numbers (BAN) paid; invoices paid and the amount to be applied to each BAN and invoice (Remittance Information). Payment is considered to have been made when the payment and Remittance Information are received by BellSouth. If the Remittance Information is not received with payment, BellSouth will be unable to apply amounts paid to Freedom’s accounts. In such event, BellSouth shall hold such funds until the Remittance Information is received. If BellSouth does not receive the Remittance Information by the payment due date for any account(s), late payment charges shall apply.
Invoice The original and duplicate invoices covering each and every shipment made against this order showing Contract number, Vendor number, and other essential particulars, must be forwarded promptly to the ordering agency concerned by the Vendor to whom the order is issued. Delays in receiving invoice and also errors and omissions on statements will be considered just cause for withholding settlement without losing discount privileges. All accounts are to be carried in the name of the agency or institution receiving the goods, and not in the name of the Division of Purchases.
Payment Due Date Unless City notifies the Contractor that a dispute exists, Payment shall be made within [Enter number of days, generally ≥ 30] calendar days, measured from (1) the delivery of goods and/or the rendering of services or (2) the date of receipt of the invoice, whichever is later. Payment is deemed to be made on the date on which City has issued a check to Contractor or, if Contractor has agreed to electronic payment, the date on which City has posted electronic payment to Contractor.
Quarterly Payments The quarterly payment cannot be increased in cases of target over-achievement. The payments are given on cumulative outputs, in arrears, and therefore the maximum payment available will be given by the end of the Contract if the agreed (target) number of outputs is reached or exceeded.
Invoice Payment 3.1. The CUSTOMER shall pay all valid invoices submitted by the CONTRACTOR in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 of this Contract. 3.2. In the event of a disputed invoice, the CUSTOMER shall make payment in respect of any undisputed amount in accordance with the provisions of Clause 5 of this Contract and return the invoice to the CONTRACTOR within ten (10) Working Days of receipt with a covering statement proposing amendments to the invoice and/or the reason for any non-payment. The CONTRACTOR shall respond within ten (10) Working Days of receipt of the returned invoice stating whether or not the CONTRACTOR accepts the CUSTOMER’s proposed amendments. If it does then the CONTRACTOR shall supply with the response a replacement valid invoice. If it does not then the matter shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Clause 21 of this Contract.
