Invoice Claim Adjustments. 1. Surplus funds from a given line item, within a fiscal year budget may be used to defray allowable costs under the approved budget line items contained within the same fiscal year. A claim adjustment is required on the Service Invoice (DOR 801B) with an attached brief narrative explaining each line item impacted and may not exceed up to a cumulative amount of ten percent (10%) of the total annual contract Service Budget for all budget years as long, as there is neither an increase nor decrease of the total annual contract Service Budget. A formal amendment is required if it does not meet the above criteria.

  • Contract Price Adjustment The basis upon which the Contract Price shall be adjusted is as set out in paragraph 9.2 of Schedule IVB.
