An Associate’s independent business may be involuntarily canceled for a material violation of the Agreement or for any act or omission in the Associate’s professional or personal capacity that a reasonable person would consider reasonably likely to damage or injure the Company’s business or goodwill, or for any other reason specified in Neumi’s Terms and Conditions.
