Involuntary Reassignments and Transfers. 3.10.1 Employees may be involuntarily reassigned and transferred to positions covered by this Agreement on the following basis: 3.10.1.1 The needs of the District. 3.10.1.2 Job performance. 3.10.1.3 Employee qualifications. 3.10.1.4 Expressed employee preference. 3.10.2 When it is not possible to meet all these criteria, employees will be assigned in the order in which these criteria appear.
