OBSERVANCE OF DUTIES. This Association agrees that it will not take or encourage the taking of any action contrary to the laws of Massachusetts pertaining to strikes or withholding of services of public employees.
OBSERVANCE OF DUTIES. During the term of this Agreement, and any extension thereof, the parties hereto agree that there shall be no strikes of any kind whatsoever; work stoppages, slowdowns; withholding of services; or interference or interruption with the operations of the School Department by any members of this bargaining unit. Nor, shall there be any strike or interruption of work during the term of this Agreement, by any members of this bargaining unit because of any disputes or disagreements between any other persons (or other Employers or Associations) who are not signatory parties to this Agreement. A member or members, of this bargaining unit, who violates this provision shall be subject to disciplinary action, including discharge; but the question of whether a member or members, of this bargaining unit has violated this provision will be subject to the grievance procedure and any claims by either party against the other of a violation of this Article, shall be subject to the grievance procedure. Should there be any strike or interruption of work, the Association, through its officials, shall notify the persons involved that the strike, stoppage, sit-down, or slowdown of work is a violation of the Agreement and is not authorized or condoned by the Granby Educators' Association and that the member or members of this bargaining unit shall return immediately to their respective jobs and cease any action which might adversely affect the Employer's operations. The Association agrees that it will exert its best efforts to end such activity although it is understood that there may be circumstances over which the Association has no control. In such circumstances, the Association will immediately notify the Employer, in writing, that such is the case.
OBSERVANCE OF DUTIES. The Company will not, by amendment of its Articles of Incorporation or through any reorganization, transfer of assets, consolidation, merger, dissolution, issue or sale of securities or any other voluntary action, avoid or seek to avoid the observance or performance of any of the terms to be observed or performed hereunder by the Company but will at all times in good faith assist in the carrying out of all the provisions of this Section 2 and in the taking of all such action as may be necessary or appropriate in order to protect the Exercise Rights of the holders of the Warrants against dilution or other impairment.

Nor shall there be any strike or interruption of work during the term of this Agreement by any members of this bargaining unit because of any disputes or disagreements between any other persons, or other employees or Associations who are not signatory Parties to this Agreement. Employees who violate these provisions shall be subject to disciplinary action including discharge, and any claim by either Party against the other of a violation of this Article shall be subject to arbitration as provided for in ARTICLE III of this Agreement.
OBSERVANCE OF DUTIES. The Issuer shall not, by amendment of its Articles of Incorporation or through any reorganization, transfer of assets, consolidation, merger, dissolution, issue or sale of securities or any other voluntary action, avoid or seek to avoid the observance or performance of any of the terms to be observed or performed hereunder by the Issuer but shall at all times in good faith assist in the carrying out of all the provisions of this Section 4.3 and in the taking of all such action as may be necessary or appropriate in order to protect the Conversion Right of the Holder hereof against dilution or other impairment.
OBSERVANCE OF DUTIES. Section 1 - No Strike The Association and the members acknowledge that in view of the willingness of the Committee to enter into this Agreement and thereby to demonstrate its concern for the improvement of the position of the professional staff of the Bellingham Schools, the Association and the members have professional obligations to the children enrolled. Accordingly, the Association agrees for itself and the members that during the term of this Agreement as it may be renewed or extended neither it nor they will, directly or indirectly, engage or participate in, cause or sponsor any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of services by any professional employee of the Committee or any activity looking toward or encouraging any such act, whether sympathetic or otherwise.
OBSERVANCE OF DUTIES. The Union and the employees covered under this Agreement agree that they will not engage in, induce, or encourage any strike, work stoppage, slowdown or withholding of any service by said Union or any employee covered by this Agreement.
