Involuntary Reductions: Continuation of Benefits. Full-time employees whose hours are involuntarily reduced shall continue to receive full district contribution for insurance benefits. If the employee has the opportunity to take a position equal to or greater than the hours of the original position or is offered a comparable position by the district and decides to decline the position, the benefits for that individual will be reduced.
