IPMA Representation Responsibilities. 1. In the performance of his/her duties the IPMA representative who processes and/or adjusts grievances shall not unduly interfere with the work of other members of the Police Department or the normal operations of the Police Department but shall carry out his/her duties so as to minimize other employees' lost work time as a result of the processing or adjusting of grievances by the IPMA representative.
