Irregularities 1. Irregularities are defined in accordance with Article 12.2 of the Regulation.
Minor Irregularities/Right to Reject The Buyer reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, or separable portions thereof, and to waive any minor irregularity, technicality, or omission if the Buyer determines that doing so will serve the State’s best interests. The Buyer may reject any response not submitted in the manner specified by the solicitation documents.
Possession of Alcohol and Illegal Drugs Employees may not use or possess alcohol while on duty, except when authorized by the institution’s policy. The possession or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited.
Conflict of interest and financial or other irregularities 12.1 The Recipient, and employees of the Recipient, shall be careful not to be subject to conflicts of interest.
Offences 46.1. The Contractor must not commit or attempt to commit any offence:
Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.
Illegal Aliens Contractor shall comply with the requirements of Colorado Revised Statutes 8-17.5-101 et. seq. and the NOTIFICATION OF IMMIGRATION COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CERTIFICATION BY CONTRACTOR, which shall be signed by the Contractor and is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this contract.
Encumbrances Create, incur, assume or suffer to exist any Lien with respect to any of its property, or assign or otherwise convey any right to receive income, including the sale of any Accounts, or permit any of its Subsidiaries so to do, except for Permitted Liens.
Legal Actions A Receiver may bring, prosecute, enforce, defend and abandon any action, suit or proceedings in relation to any Security Asset which he thinks fit.
No Felony Criminal Convictions Contractor represents that neither Contractor nor any of its employees, agents, or representatives, including any subcontractors and employees, agents, or representative of such subcontractors, have been convicted of a felony criminal offense or that if such a conviction has occurred Contractor has fully advised System Agency in writing of the facts and circumstances surrounding the convictions.
