IRRIGATION CONTROLLER SYSTEMS. The City shall manage the operation of all automatically controlled irrigation systems, including but not limited to irrigation controller programming and scheduling. The Contractor shall monitor the operation of, and maintain said irrigation systems as required by the Director. The Contractor shall operate manually controlled irrigation systems as directed by City field staff.
