ISIN Number. The Company in issuing the Notes may use an “ISIN” number, and if so, such ISIN number shall be included in notices of redemption or purchase as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness or accuracy of the ISIN number printed in the notice or on the Notes, and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes. The Company shall promptly notify the Trustee and each Paying Agent of any change in the ISIN number.
