ISLANDING. With reference to Xxxxxxxx Xx. 000, Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx reserves the right to require, allow or prevent the islanding of the Production Facility during Emergency Conditions. This Agreement is not intended to impair or supersede any rights of the NYISO to allow or prevent the islanding of the Production Facility.

ISLANDING. With reference to Bulletin No. 756, Niagara Mohawk reserves the right to require, allow or prevent the islanding of the Production Facility during Emergency Conditions. This Agreement is not intended to impair or supersede any rights of the NYISO to allow or prevent the islanding of the Production Facility.
ISLANDING. Subject to the provisions of this section 6.12, at any time after the Effective Date and prior to completion by the Seller of the final engineering design for the Seller’s Plant, the Seller shall, at the request of the Buyer, provide all information and cooperation required to enable the Buyer to undertake, at the Buyer’s cost, any studies the Buyer considers necessary to determine the ability of the Seller’s Plant to provide Planned Islanding Capability and the estimated cost of providing, operating and maintaining such Planned Islanding Capability. The Seller shall provide the Buyer with not less than 120 days prior notice of the anticipated date of completion of the final engineering design for the Seller’s Plant, and the Buyer shall advise the Seller within 60 days after receipt of such notice if the Buyer intends to undertake any studies pursuant to this section. The Buyer shall, within 30 days after receipt of an invoice together with reasonable supporting information, reimburse the Seller for all reasonable costs incurred by the Seller, that the Seller would not otherwise have incurred, to provide the Buyer with information required for any studies pursuant to this section. The Buyer may on notice to the Seller within 30 days after receipt of all studies commissioned by the Buyer under this section advise the Seller that the Buyer wishes to enter into negotiations with the Seller with respect to the Seller’s Plant providing Planned Islanding Capability, including any amendments required to this EPA as a result thereof. Upon receipt of such notice the Parties shall negotiate in good faith to determine the terms and conditions on which the Seller will provide such Planned Islanding Capability. [Note: This section will be deleted for indirect interconnections.]
ISLANDING. 5.6.1 With reference to 756, Appendix C, Section II, A, 2.4 , NIAGARA MOHAWK reserves the right to require, allow or prevent the ISLANDING of PRODUCER'S generation depending upon the prevailing NIAGARA MOHAWK electrical system operational needs at the time to the extent that PRODUCER'S PRODUCTION FACILITY was capable of same just prior to the date of this AGREEMENT.
ISLANDING. If at any time during the term of this Interconnection Agreement the interconnection of the Community Solar Project to the Public Utility’s Distribution System results in a risk of electrical islanding, or actual occurrences of electrical islanding, which the Public Utility reasonably concludes are incompatible with Good Utility Practice, the Parties shall (as necessary) study the issue and implement a solution that will eliminate or mitigate the risk of electrical islanding to a level deemed acceptable by the Public Utility. All costs associated with addressing any electrical islanding problems as required by this paragraph shall be paid by the Interconnection Customer, including without limitation any study costs, engineering costs, design costs, or costs to procure, install, operate and/or maintain required interconnection facilities or protective devices.
ISLANDING. The Customer shall not energize OUC’s system when it is de-energized. The Customer shall cease to energize OUC’s system during a faulted condition on OUC’s system. The Customer shall cease to energize OUC’s system prior to the automatic or non-automatic reclosing of OUC’s protective device(s). There shall be no intentional islanding, as described in IEEE 1547, between the Customer’s and OUC’s systems.
