Common use of Issue Resolution Clause in Contracts

Issue Resolution. A. XXXXXXXXXX agrees that for resolution of issues between COUNTY and CONTRACTOR, with respect to the implementation and operation of the Agreement or COUNTY’s P&P regarding services described herein, the following sequential steps will be followed: 1. CONTRACTOR shall routinely utilize all informal communication processes and methods with ADMINISTRATOR including, but not limited to, telephone, email, and fax communication, written correspondence and meetings, to resolve any issues or problems regarding the implementation and operation of the Agreement or COUNTY’s P&P regarding services described herein. 2. XXXXXXXXXX agrees that if the parties are unable to resolve the issue, CONTRACTOR shall give written notice to ADMINISTRATOR setting forth, in specific terms, the existence and nature of any unresolved matter or concern related to the purposes and obligations of the Agreement. ADMINISTRATOR shall be given fifteen (15) calendar days following such notice to obtain resolution of any issue(s) identified in this manner.
