ISTRF Payment by Employer. In addition to the compensation provided to teachers pursuant to this Contract, the Board agrees to pay directly to the Indiana State Teachers retirement Fund the 3% Indiana State Teacher Retirement contribution required of teachers, but not to exceed 3% of said compensation.
